Water Color -- Barn at Laurens, South Carolina

 

I took this picture of a barn in Laurens, South Carolina. A young man working nearby asked why I was interested in it. When I explained that I wanted to paint it, he told me the barn was his grandmother's. She used to keep a mule on one side and a cow on the other.
